The main remit of this Junior Business Analyst role will include:

• Gather updates for wide ranging projects taking input from various key stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings in order to take notes, track updates and feedback in order to prepare kick off and closing documents.
• Provide advice and guidance to Senior Managers & Project Groups.
• Maintain the firms project route map.
• Work with leading software providers on integration projects.
• Monitor calendar overview of all projects and identify dates for progress meetings to be arranged.

In order to be successful in this Junior Business Analyst role you will need:

• Educated to degree level
• Excellent Excel skills - formula building, logical, lookup / reference, statistical functions such as conditional formatting and macros.
• General Microsoft Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• To thrive in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
• First class communication skills, written and verbal
• Prioritise and manage own time / workload
