Internal Communications Manager

This top tier accountancy firm are looking for an internal communications specialist to join them for a year to manage the firm's internal comms strategy and channels.

Working closely with the firm's leadership and the Head of Communications you will develop an ideas driven programme of engaging digital and print communications with the overarching aim of helping their people to understand the firm's vision, identity and strategy.

As a professional services firm, this is a role where your influencing skills and confidence will be key to success. You will excel in writing copy, editing others content and creating succinct, to the point written communications.

The main channels that you will use include the intranet, fortnightly email newsletter, posters, tv screens, roadshows and wider email communications as well as supporting on video production for internal audiences. You should be able to project manage these communications, advising and engaging contributors, putting timelines in place and then driving regular measurement and reporting across all channels.
