Insolvency Manager - Kent

Ambition are working with a well known insolvency organisation who are looking to add an experienced Insolvency Manager to their office in Kent and continue to grow the offering in this area.

This role would suit someone who is keen to help build and lead a team. The candidate must have extensive insolvency experience and be at least Assistant Manager / Manager level.

You would be leading a team on strategy, direction and ensuring all of the statutory compliance on cases, ensuring high quality. Other managerial tasks would include but not be limited to liaising with senior staff (Partners), WIP management, budgeting of cases and training/developing more junior staff.

The focus of work would be on both corporate and personal insolvency, so you should have experience in both.

It would also be advantageous if you have an interest in doing Business Development / work winning. However, you do not need to have a pre-existing network of contacts.

It is desirable for you to be CPI / JIEB qualified but most important is the insolvency experience at Manager level.
