Insolvency Investigator - London

Ambition are working with a boutique firm in London who are looking for an insolvency investigaor to handle a portfolio of investigations and litigiations for bankrupts and directors.

Your day to day will include:

- Undertaking investigations to identify fraud, misconduct and negligence.

- Investigating misconduct by former directors, debtors and other stakeholders.

- Handling asset realisations

- Preparing statutory documentation.

You must have insolvency and litigation investigations experience, be commercially aware and good communication skills.
