Insolvency Compliance Manager
Our London based client are seeking to hire a Technical & Compliance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is a full-time role although those seeking 3-4 days a week may also be considered.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to conducting internal compliance reviews, implementing changes to current procedures to ensure legislation is adhered to, acting as lead liaison with reviewers during inspections from the institutes, establishing an efficient compliance and technical function throughout the business, cleansing and updating the IPS system with up to date guidelines and progress report letters while also providing technical assistance to the administrators on live cases.
To be considered for the position you must hold the JIEB and have worked either in a similar insolvency compliance role for one of the regulators or another Insolvency Practitioners OR to have had some technical and compliance responsibilities within a traditional Insolvency Manager position.
You must be able to manage difficult situations and have a keen eye for detail as well as be organised in your approach to work and the manner in which you carry out your day-to- day responsibilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoys a varied role and the responsibility of managing a highly important operation. You will be given the licence to make a considerable impact to the current internal procedures and be able to implement something new.
