Insolvency & Restructuring Associate Directors UK Wide)

We have partnerned with one of the Big 4 for the past 3-6 months in assisting with their recruitment drive across their national restructuring team.

Their restructuring department is ancipating even more work over the next few months and therefore are seeking help to identify talent across:

- corporate side advisory,

- bank lender review work

- bigger ticket corporate insolvencies.

The need to recruit talent with skills across core restructuring is now parmamount to the contiunal growth of the restructuring department anbd the demands of the wider market.

The Partners are looking to prioritise the requirement for Directors, Senior Managers and Managers who can operate across the core restructuring spectrum but with an emphasis on hiring those with expertise in some of the following fields: formal insolvency, refinancing, turnaround, capital raising, contingency planning, options and lender review, working capital improvement, and pension covenant advisory.

As you'd expect, expectations are high, and the Partners will want to meet with experienced business / financial restructuring professionals that are well verse in leading on big ticket insolvencies and complex restructuring projects whilst also having the acumen to win pitches and build relationships with future work referrers.

There is the expectation that applicants come with relevant professional qualifications such as the ACA, ACCA, JIEB but practical hands-on technical experience as well as commercial acumen are the key requirements.

You will need to be able to demonstrate your abilities to lead on big ticket corporate insolvencies and restructuring projects listed above in the advert and have a reputation for strong project delivery as well as the ability to self-market for the purposes of generating and winning new business.

There is only a relatively small handful of organisations operating in the very top tier bracket for leading restructuring work and my client is firmly one of those.
