Are you looking for a diverse, hands on Team Secretary Role supporting a busy HR team?

 

This Law firm located in the heart of the vibrant West End is hugely successful, incredibly well established and have a friendly and support culture where hard work and talent are recognised and rewarded

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, resilient and focused Team Secretary to join the firm to seamlessly support the HR workflow!

 

Team Secretary Job Summary:

 

  • Assist with the weekly firm newsletter and bi-monthly wellbeing newsletter
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain accurate, up to date documentation for employee movements/staff directory
  • Organise annual flu jabs, maternity wedding vouchers, the Firms readying scheme and choir
  • Process all invoices
  • Manage all new joiners, leavers and temporary contracts processes
  • Support the monthly payroll process and annual salary review
  • Prepare offer letters, schedules and contracts
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment open days

 

To be successful in this Team Secretary role, you will need:

 

  • Strong previous team secretarial experience
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong IT and computer skills
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships
