Head of Marketing and Business Development

I am currently working with an Ambition Marketing Tech Agency based in London who are looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will involve;

• Positioning the company as the brand for customer journey optimisation within the marketing community. This involves honing the proposition, owning the online and offline communication, and managing our popular marketer breakfast events series.
• Network with marketers- attend and speak at industry conferences to engage with marketers to bringing in new clients and partners.
• Build the team- build out the marketing function by hiring and managing a team of marketing managers and executives.
• Ideate and innovate- run client workshops to develop innovative campaign ideas

The right candidate will have a background of both developing marketing strategies as well as implementing sales plans in a hands on manner. An interest technology would also be an advantage.
