Head of Client Solutions
An interesting opportunity is available with a top 10 law firm for a Head of Client Solutions. This role will see you developing and leading the implementation of their clients and sectors strategy, leading on product development and innovation services across the firm. This is a brand new position with high strategic responsibility and high visibility across the firm, working on a global basis alongside the UK, US and EMEA.
The role will encompass the following:
- Profile raising to internal clients across UK, EMEA and US to ensure their products and services are utilised across targeting, client listening and thought leadership efforts
- Developing a clients and sectors plan covering market segmentation and targeting for both new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the finance and pricing team to ensure the strategic delivery of alternative services and products are competitive and creatively structured.

Strong understanding of client targeting, segmentation and business development is required, as is solid experience in a senior, strategic business development or client relationship role from within legal, accountancy or big 4.
