Head of Client Relationship Programmes

An international accountancy firm is looking to add a new Head of Client Relationship programmes to their Sales and Marketing team in London on a permanent basis. The focus of the role is the creation and development of marketing programmes targeted at the clients' needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of appropriate strategy and programmes;
  • Internally promoting initiatives while building connections within the firm;
  • Overseeing the measurement and analysing of all marketing activity;
  • Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure the best strategies are implemented.

The ideal individual will have extensive experience in a client facing role, using the client's history and requirements to develop personalised marketing activities. To be successful, you would have previously worked in implementing strategic and tactical initiatives, giving you a business understanding.
