A top accountancy and business advisory firm are seeking a Head of Bids to join their London office and lead the central bids team.

Your main duties will include:

  • Line managing 3 Bid Managers within the central bids team
  • Managing the annual bid, digital and design budget
  • Collaborating with the design team to add creativity and innovation to proposals
  • Sourcing and researching information to support proposals

The ideal candidate will have experience with bids and project/budget management in order to be successful in this role. You will need to have strong bid writing abilities and commercial acumen along with previous experience of team leadership and motivation.
