Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

What does a recruitment consultant do?
*Sources candidates through online platforms, such as LinkedIn or CV databases
*Builds relationships with new and existing clients
*Matches candidates to opportunities
*Managing candidates through the interview and hiring process
Every day is different with a mix of meetings, interviews, sourcing, calling and negotiating.

*Resilient: An ability to continue trying when faced with adversity is necessary in any sales position.
