Job Title: Global Compliance and Reporting Manager
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £80,000 + package

A Top 10, internationally known and forward thinking Accountancy Practice are looking to bolster their Management team within the Global Compliance and Reporting team by adding a Global Compliance and Reporting Manager in Reading. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and technical compliance accountant who enjoys the client facing aspect of their role to join of the markets strongest and well know compliance teams.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Be the first point of contact for the firms clients and manage all their assignments
• Manage all client facing teams within the office
• Work as part of management team with other Global Outsourcing managers
• Work with bid teams and be involved with client presentations
• Understand the firms service offerings to ensure that all client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Train and develop junior members within the team
• take an active part in the firm's business development activities
  
  Requirements for this role include:
   
• Hold a relevant accountancy qualification (ACA,ACCA or equivalent) or be qualified by experience
• Successful track record of managing complex transition projects
• UK GAAP, IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting experience
• An additional language to English is desirable but not essential
