Functional Analyst
A leading international law firm are looking for a Functional Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis.
As the Functional Analyst you will provide high quality financial system support to users and proactively assist with training and user education.
Duties of the Functional Analyst include management of 3E support calls, monitoring and escalating software bugs and issues, managing user expectations in a professional manner with excellent customer service and continuous improvement to the processes with Finance Systems. Also you will be actively maintaining system setups and security, involved in the testing when implementing improvements and perform the 3E month and year end process.
Further responsibilities of the Functional Analyst include creating and maintaining administration and user documentation, training documentation and scripts. You will assist in training courses as required and provide cover for other Functional Analysts within the team.
To be successful in the application, experience of Elite 3E/Practice Management Systems and an accounting qualification will be highly beneficial. You will have understanding of financial information systems and previous experience of a support or training role. For this role, excellent communication skills are key. Good teamwork and working independently with the ability to implement change and adapt are very important.
