Financial Systems Helpdesk Analyst

A new Financial Systems Helpdesk Analyst vacancy has arisen at a highly reputable Top 30 city based law firm.

You will have existing experience gained ideally in a law firm if not professional services firm.

You will have experience of supporting Aderant, Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise and have used a call-logging system.

It is desirable to have previous SQL knowledge/experience.

Your day to day role will involve the following:

  • Diagnosing and resolving faults
  • Assisting with identifying traning opportunitites
  • Regular liason with other depts
  • Working to ensure calls are responded within service guidelines
  • Resolving issues remotely
  • Query handling
