Financial Administrator

An exciting, new position has become available for a Financial Adminstrator to join a progressive Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in an Admin role.

 

Duties:

  • Managing clients adminstrative matters
  • This includes managing receivables ledgers
  • Preparing payement runs
  • Maintaining supplier details
  • responding to queries

 

Experience:

  • Customer service experience (internal or external)
  • Expense claim management
  • Bank payment systems
  • Fluent English (and another language where specified)
  • Ideal (SAP Business one experience)

  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Inter-personal skills
