Finance Systems Project Manager (interim)
You will be joining a well-established firm reporting into the Head of Finance, managing a significant change to the firm's finance practice management system, Aderant.
The programme for the year ahead includes an upgrade to version 8.1; a review of current system configurations with the objective of optimising system functionality and eliminating unnecessary customisations; a ground-up review of billing processes and support, to include assessment of the Expert Paperless Billing module, culminating in the implementation of updated billing processes to take advantage of enhanced Aderant 8.1 functionality.
You will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering the envisaged programme of work.
Project manage the upgrade of Aderant including liaising with stakeholders and designing the testing plan.
Implementing a programme to review customisations.
Leading the review of billing processes.
Recommending an improved billing process.
Develop the Aderant systems and project management skills of finance colleagues.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing finance systems and working with a major legal practice management system. You will be a team player who has strong communication and Excel skills, highly organised and the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail.
