Finance Systems Analyst

A top international Law firm is looking to recruit a Finance Systems Analyst to join their prestigious London offices on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to be involved in implementing a number of global projects into the business. You will be a first line support for the Accounts systems providing remote support to internal users and dealing with incoming requests to accounts systems.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting Elite Enterprise
Daily balancing review, analysis and resolution
General maintenance of Elite system set-up
Ledger account set-up
Manage joiner and leaver process across all finance applications
Training
Ad hoc reporting
Testing
Ad hoc projects
Matter currency changes and modification
Review of invoice management/expense issues
Assist the billing team with any queries relating to e-billing.
Regular liaison within the London office (secretaries, partners, fee-earners) and global offices.

To be successful in this position you need basic SQL knowledge and a detailed working knowledge of the Elite Enterprise data structure. Extensive front end Elite application knowledge for a minimum of 5 years is essential.
