Finance Systems Analyst

A leading global, award winning law firm are looking for a Finance Systems Support Analyst based in their London office.

This top 20 firm is currently in the process of replacing their finance system and the key focus of this Finance Systems Analyst role will be for you to support their finance users globally in all applications that are used by the department.

Other responsibilities in this role will be:

*Go-live support
*Maintenance of the Elite "front end" system ie user level
*Communicating with the finance department, fee-earners, partners, and senior management
*Assisting in developing the finance systems with robust testing of new functionality, processes and setups and preparation of related documentation for sign off
*Elite system set ups - new offices, new staff, new users, amendments etc.
*Data integrity (daily balancing, month end/year end procedures)
*Regular client and ad-hoc reporting
*Maintenance of user and technical level documentation organised through the Finance Systems portal

For this Finance Systems Support Analyst role, you will need to have good communication skills, have strong technical skills and be a strong team player. A Legal finance systems background is essential and project management experience is desirable. Strong analytical and technical skills around report writing and troubleshooting of application issues is also desirable.
