Finance Administration Assistant

A leading global Law firm are recruiting for a Finance Administrator. This is an entry level position for 6 months and a great opportunity to gain some finance experience is a very credible firm, they are hoping to have someone on board as soon as possible.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Copying, scanning and distributing bills and maintaining finance billing records
  • Carrying out pre-billing checks and posting bills
  • Carrying out post-billing checks ensuring that Cashiers are aware of any bills
  • Providing cost back up to the firm's billing colleagues
  • Ad hoc duties as required
