Are you an experienced Facilities Manager seeking a new challenge? This market leading law firm with stunning offices based in the heart of London are looking for a Facilities Manager to join them and manage the facilities team who provide services support to ensure the smooth running of the firm.

This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager looking to join a firm that will offer the opportunity to take the lead on change management projects to support their recent and continuous growth.

As the Facilities Manager your duties will be:

  • Looking over all reactive maintenance and PPM requirements, refurbishments and other projects
  • Overlook Permit to Work system for all offices
  • Monitor all services conducted by suppliers
  • Take control of leases, lease events and liaise with agents and internal management to do so
  • Oversee all the work carried out by suppliers and report back against the agreed SLA's
  • Plan and prepare CAD drawings
  • Assist in managing authorising, communicating and monitor projects that are within the facilities remit
  • Carry out, agree and manage capital replacement programmes
  • Manage all the budgets
  • Carry out regular checks on security and emergency procedures
  • Regular checks on contracts and re-tender when needed
  • Frequent visits to national offices and liaise with the office managers to maintain buildings

To be a successful Facilities Manager you will hold:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good health and safety and environmental knowledge
  • Skills in - Fire safety / data and supply management / risk and compliance
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Managed in house staff and supplier staff
  • Experience in managing a building in excess of 100.00sq.ft; Landlord managed sites
