£20,000 to £25,000 pa (pro-rata)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for talented Facilities Assistant to join a market leading professional services firm, based in stunning offices in the heart of central London.

This Facilities Assistant role would suit a proactive and service focused candidate who has a positive, flexible attitude and a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile.

This Facilities Assistant role is available with an immediate start and for a contract term of 6 months. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Managing outgoing post and deliveries
  • Processing security identity cards
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Support the help desk with desk moves
  • Carry out and record DSE Assessments
  • Support daily maintenance tasks
  • Support photocopying, scanning, printing, binding


The successful candidate for this Facilities Assistant role will need:

  • A good working knowledge of IT
  • Previous experience of working in facilities, helpdesk or health and safety would be a real advantage
  • Happy to work at heights or in restricted spaces and the ability to undertake DIY maintenance tasks
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work on a rota basis of 8am to 8pm (rotated) Monday to Friday
  • A team player
