Executive Assistant
1 to 1 role supporting at Senior Executive level
Fantastic firm with an exceptional culture
Highly competitive salary & excellent benefits

A rarely available opportunity has arisen for a high-level EA to join a forward thinking, innovative and globally renowned firm based in stunning offices in the West End.

Supporting a charismatic and dynamic Executive Director, this Executive Assistant role will be rewarding and challenging in equal measures. This 1-2-1 EA role will require you to be a true extension of the Director, able to work reactively and proactively to provide first class support.

This Executive Assistant role would be ideal for a highly experienced EA who has supported at board level previously, ideally within a global organisation. Candidates who have gained experience within Financial Services or Real Estate would be best placed to hit the ground running, but if you have wider professional services experience that would be a good foundation.

The main remit of the EA role will include:

  • Complex, proactive diary management
  • Extensive travel coordination and itinerary preparation
  • Inbox management
  • Management of internal and client events across Europe
  • Meeting coordination
  • Preparation of a range of documentation, including management reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Project support for the department as required
  • Expense management

In order to be successful in this EA role, you will need:

  • Strong previous experience of working as a Senior PA or Executive Assistant, supporting a 'C' Suite level
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience of working within Real Estate or Professional Services
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • The ability to build collaborative working relationships and influence at all levels
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise
  • Experience of supporting at board level, within a global organisation
  • Fantastic IT skills
