A forward-thinking unique firm have a fantastic new opportunity for an Events Executive to come and join the marketing and sales team on a Temporary basis in the London office. This role is immediate and are looking for someone to start soon! You will be reporting into and working with the events manager and assisting them with the planning and implementing the events programme. Here are also some of the activates you will come across in your Temp role;
- You will take ownership of some of the firms' in-house events across our London, Bristol and Reading offices.
- you will provide support to the Events Manager in delivering the UK events programme and in the preparation of management information behind these events.
- You will also act as the project coordinator in some events by taking initial briefings, preparing cost estimates and following up and giving feedback.
- You will also be required to build strong working relationships which includes building internally and becoming a point of contact for events.
If you have experience in the Microsoft packages and using CRM databases, strong understanding of client care and lastly as a plus but not needed would be having some experience with food and beverage in an event. To find the further details please contact me.
