Events Executive

 

An Events Executive is looked-for by London based well-renown, International law firm. This exceptional career-achieving role is essential for supporting the events and hospitality programme. Along with the vibrant Marketing Communications team, you will oversee the entire process from briefing through to delivery and evaluation.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • To communicate and schedule global Events to stakeholders and partners
  • Manage, create and organise all Event administrative duties
  • To oversee the management on budgets for every event
  • Partake in the organisation and support of external hospitality events
  • Effectively communicate and maintain database, preferred suppliers and meeting space lists

  • Ability to present ideas concisely using a range of communication methods
