Events and Marketing Coordinator

A top, full-service law firm are looking for their next Marketing and Events Co-ordinator to join the team! This is a great next step for an Events Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. The Marketing and Events Co-ordinator will be focusing mainly on events, with some general marketing duties included. The firm carries out 200 events each year, both internal and external, including conferences, dinners, client events and seminars.

The role will be reporting into the Marketing and Events Executive and will support the Head of BD & Marketing and team in the delivery of the firm's Business Development and Communication initiatives.

The Marketing and Events Co-ordinator's main duties will include:

  • Manage the organisation of events and conferences for your designated practice areas (both internal and external)
  • Manage event communication preparation on Vuture and by posting on the firm's website and social media as well as supporting the monitoring of the Events email inbox
  • Support the Digital & CRM Assistant with posting updates and amendments to the website and blog as well as more traditional marketing strategies
