Working in a newly created position, for an award winning, International organisation based in stunning offices in the City, this Environment Coordinator role is a challenging and rewarding position and an opportunity to really make a difference.

This Environment Coordinator position is a part time role working 3 days per week (one must be a Wednesday) as part of the facilities team.

To be successful in this Environment Coordinator role, you will need to have experience of working in a role focused on reducing environmental impact and had exposure to ISO management systems. Graduates from a relevant environmental based background would also be considered.

The Environment Coordinator role is a key position to this Global organisation's continued growth and development plans. The role will be varied and will involve lots of communication, project work and data analysis.

General admin for the organisations ISO certified management systems (reviewing procedures and maintaining non-conformance logs)
Support internal and external audits
Coordinate firm wide communications around the Environment policies, including updating internet pages and coordinating Environment workshops.
Data analysis of environmental data from suppliers
Preparation of reports and information for the Environment Committee
Project support and coordination liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain internal inspections and checks
Ensure contractors are compliant

The key skills and experience for this Environment Coordinator role are:

Previous experience of working in a similar role, or experience/knowledge gained through completion of a relevant degree
Experience of working with ISO management systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people across the business in a wide range of functions, from junior team members to Senior Partners
Strong admin and IT skills
