This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join an international award winning law firm based in amazing offices in the City. This is a great EA role for someone who really wants a step-up in their career, you'll be working in partnership with the Head of Risk Compliance, as well as, being provided the freedom to participate in projects in order to gain more from the role. Working for a genuinely friendly and supportive team you'll certainly feel like you're able to contribute and have a good amount of involvement in this EA role.

As a Senior EA your duties will consist of:

• Diary management
• Organise weekly team meetings
• Working closely with Partners and Senior members of the team
• Supporting the team on wider issues
• Co-ordination of online compliance training roll-outs
• Day-to-day supervision of the Risk Team PA
• Dealing with fee earners in practice groups and individuals in business services

To be successful in your application for a Senior EA you will need:

• Senior previous experience in a professional business
• Highly organised with a flexible approach
• Excellent skills with Microsoft applications such as word
• Proactive and have the ability to liaise at all levels
• Strong attention to detail
