Out of Hours (either 5.30pm to 1.30am OR 8.30pm to 4.30am Monday to Friday)

£40,000 pa pro rata

Are you an experienced Document Production specialist? Do you enjoy working 'out of hours'? Are you available immediately? If so this Document Production role is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Due to continued growth and success an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a professional and talented Document Production team based in stunning offices in the City. This Document Production role is available with an immediate start and for a period of 6 months.

This Document Production role will be busy and varied and requires a highly organised, efficient and effective team player to manage a busy workload. The role includes:

- Creating, editing and reformatting all types of documents into house style working to tight deadlines and high levels of accuracy
- Proof reading documents prior to submission
- Updating the team work tracker
- Liaising with International offices as required
- First point of contact for fee earners and business services regarding queries and questions

To be successful in this Document Production role, you will need:

Previous experience in a similar Document Production role, ideally in a law firm but other professional services environments would be considered
Excellent IT skills advanced knowledge of MS Office and Visio
A fantastic eye for detail and high levels of accuracy in your work
Great communication skills and a strong team player
Reliable and flexible and able to commit to the shift pattern
Available immediately and able to complete the 6-month contract

You must also have:

Audio and copy typing skills of 65 wpm min
Experience of problem solving corrupt documents
Experience of using pdfDocs, Worksite and DocX Tools
