This DP Specialist role has a nice shift pattern as well - its daytime hours so it would be ideal if you are an experienced Document Production Specialist who is working evenings/graveyard shifts and wants to transition to more sociable hours.

The role will be busy and varied and will include:

• Digital dictation for a range of practice groups and fee earners
• High level document production and formatting
• Pulling together impactful PowerPoint presentations
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders across the business to continue to raise the team profile
• Bringing new ideas and methods to continue the progressive approach this firm has

The ideal candidate for this Document Production Specialist role will need to have outstanding working knowledge and skills in MS Office, in fact, if you have a MOS certification, that would be perfect! You'll also need to be a formatting genius and have really high standards and a great deal of pride in your work.

To be successful in this Document Specialist role you will need:

• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fast and accurate audio and copy typing skills
• Great eye for detail and the ability to produce creative documents
• A passion for delivering great client service
