CRM Team Coordinator

A well-established international law firm are on the lookout for a CRM Team Coordinator to become a part of the marketing and business development department on a fixed term contract in their popular London office. In this role you will be working closely with the CRM manager as they will be your main point of contact, you will also be working daily with the CRM team. This is an amazing opportunity for you to get involved in this firm as this is a very exciting time for CRM due to the growth the firm is going through. Here is what you will be doing:

 

 

Main duties:

  • Create and run reports in order to provide analytics for BD/Marketing purposes.
  • You will work with the CRM Executive and Super Users across the business to ensure secretaries are carrying out data cleaning activities (using reporting and analysis).
  • As the coordinator you will assist with the development and testing of new functionality of CRM system as well as assisting with the training for all users.
  • You will create and suggest new processes in order to improve efficiency around the firm.
