CRM Specialist

An international legal firm are looking for an CRM professional to join the wider business development function. You will be the main point of contact within the firm for all things CRM, therefore being an expert on the CRM system 'InterAction' will be essential.


The role is located at the firm's headquarters in London and reports directly into the Head of Digital marketing. You will the main person within the firm and therefore responsible for championing best practice across the business, providing training and CRM support to members of staff, being involved in wider BD campaigns and many other aspects of CRM management.


'InterAction' experience is a prerequisite to being able to meet the requirements of the role however we are also looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong team ethic mentality and the ability to multi task in a calm and collective manner.
