A leading international law firm are seeking an experienced InterAction CRM Manager to join them in their London office to focus on implementing the firms' CRM strategy. You will work with the CRM team on ensuring the firms use of InterAction is fully realised.
Your main duties will include:
- Developing initiatives to encourage the use of InterAction across the firm
- Ensuring the data in the system is used to its full potential
- Being a true InterAction champion - working closely with teams to develop InterAction's effectiveness and use.
- Leading a team of InterAction specialists and line management
The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of InterAction and its use across an international firm. You will need to have experience of team management as well as previously being in a CRM team - preferably within a law firm.
