CRM Executive (Leeds)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Leeds based CRM Executive or indeed a Marketing Executive with a strong knowledge and passion for CRM (InterAction)

You will be the Subject Matter Expert for this International law firms Marketing IT systems and databases, supporting on a global scale and reporting to the CRM Manager.

Regular travel within the UK and internationally is requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and promotion of the firms marketing systems
• Coaching and delivering training
• Support the wider BD & Marketing team with CRM needs
• Produce and maintain the firms best practice procedures

Key Skill's and Attributes

• Strong CRM experience in particular InterAction
• Strong technical skills-HTML, eBroadcast Systems
• Analytical thinker
• Excellent communication skills
