CRM Executive

We are excited to be working exclusively with an award-winning, international law firm on their search for a CRM Executive to join their London office. This role will take the lead on the rollout and implementation of InterAction for the firm and will work really closely with the firms senior management and partners.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing and managing all implementation of the CRM
• Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to develop client inquiry contact initiatives
• Be the 'go-to' person for all CRM related business queries or issues
• Provide InterAction reports for departments accordingly
• Assist the marketing team with sending out electronic mailings using Vuture VX

About you:

• Previous experience with InterAction is desired
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent IT skills, experience in Excel and using databases is a must
