CRM Executive

An exciting new opportunity is now available at a leading accountancy firm for a CRM Database Executive to support the firm's new management system and take charge of the maintained of the system.

This opportunity is based in the heart of London and is on a permanent basis for a character that is looking for an exciting responsibility of working on the implementation of the Salesforce CRM system. This role allows you to liaise with new business clients and being a key point of contact of the firm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be working with the technology committee to agree and establish future developments for the business and the platforms the firm is exposed to
  • As the CRM Executive you will be delivering training materials that you have designed across the business, as well as directly promoting best practice of the system firm wide
  • Supporting the transfer of all data onto the new system for all parts of the business and also leading the roll out of the system to all employees
  • You will also be in charge of arranging regular meetings and training with CRM users around the whole firm ensuring they are up to date and using it effectively

Within this position there are a few requirements that the firm would like for you to have to be successful in your application this includes around 3 years' experience in CRM, specifically within Salesforce and also experience with in professional services would be a great advantage.
