CRM Database Executive

A leading forward-thinking law firm are seeking a CRM Database Executive to join their Marketing and BD team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a Data Steward to take on the responsibility of data quality while training the partnership as well as other users alongside the Global CRM Database team.

The role also supports the firms e-marketing system, produce mailings within brand guidelines and to assist on day to day queries.

As the successful CRM Executive you will be involved in:

• Becoming a data quality expert for the firm that includes working with external suppliers and ensuring a targeted approach is taken with regards to certain accounts
• International training lead and secretarial training support
• Become the go-to person for day to day CRM and e-marketing system and e-marketing system queries
• Supporting the e-marketing system and help to produce mailings within brand guidelines

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 years experience of working with CRM systems
• A key eye for detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
