CRM Assistant - Microsoft Dynamics

A brand new role has become available at a successful accountancy firm for a CRM Assistant to join a large, welcoming Marketing team. This is a newly created role, as the firm will be launching the use of their new CRM system and will need assistance in implementing it. Therefore, it is essential that you have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics.

Your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring all data updates are completed on a regular basis
  • Making sure users follow GDPR processes
  • Resolving any data issues within the business and providing user support
  • Keeping data secure and legally compliant

The ideal candidate must be educated to at least an A-level standard (or equivalent) and be highly knowledgeable in regards to CRM systems - in particular, Microsoft Dynamics. To be successful in this role, you will need to complete tasks to a high level of accuracy and have the ability to educate/train people at all levels when necessary.
