Corporate Restructuring Executive

Ambition are working with a highly reputable consultancy who are looking to add an experienced insolvency professional to the London office.

You will be responsible for your own caseload as well as assisting senior staff with larger and more complex cases. The role will require:

- Experience of corporate insolvency procedure from cradle to grave i.e. Administrations (Including Trading), CVLs, Fixed Charge Receiverships.

- A relevant advisory skillset. This will include working on key issues within restructuring and assisting with the drafting of Independent Business Reviews.

- Handling of contentious insovlency cases.

- May be working of corporate finance process by way of modelling.

To be considered for this role you must be qualified with one of the relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, JIEB) with a strong background of insolvency experience.
