Corporate Finance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance M&A professional to join a small yet growing Corporate Finance team within a top practice firm. This Corporate Finance team are in need of a Manager to help lead Corporate Finance M&A projects.

In a managerial position you will be responsible for running M&A processes from start to finish. Responsibilities will included drafting IM', attending pitch presentations and having the opportunity to get involved in deal origination. You will report to the Partner regarding various M&A projects as well as leading teams to complete various Corporate Finance tasks. This role will also allow you to gain client-facing experience by working alongside the partner in presenting report findings to a variety of clients.

In order to be suitable for this position you will:

• Be a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager/Manager either within an accounting practice or advisory firm
• Have a minimum of 2 years M&A Corporate Finance experience
• Be an experienced Manager who has led junior employees on a number of projects
• Have an entrepreneurial flair who is driven and keen to learn and develop
