Corporate Finance Manager (Milton Keynes)

We are pleased to be working with a leading accountancy firm which is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing team in Milton Keynes.

The firm continues to enjoy impressive growth with strengths in the middle-market, and the Corporate Finance team is no different. The pipeline of work is impressive to say the least, and the plans for growth are ambitious.

As an accomplished Corporate Finance Manager, you will advise on and lead a variety of Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity transactions, sales mandates, MBO, MBI, and fund raising, in addition to raising the profile of the team across the region. You will have had substantial lead advisory experience, specifically in MBO & MBI, working on deals valued between £10m and £50m. You will provide support and advice in the preparation of financial models, so high-level experience in financial modelling is preferred. The opportunity will suit a confident and driven individual, who has the proven ability to influence and challenge others, including more senior members of the business.

This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager to play an integral part in the development and growth of the Corporate Finance area.

You will have gained a minimum of 3 years' Corporate Finance experience within a well-regarded accountancy/advisory practice or Corporate Finance boutique. Strong Senior Corporate Finance Associates will also be considered if they have proven experience of executing deals.

There is also the opportunity for this role to be based in Cambridge if this is preferred. Naturally, there will be some travel between other office locations in the Central region.
