Corporate Finance Manager
Ambition are in search for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to move into a Manager Level role within a leading boutique firm, in the North-West region.
As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will have at least 3 years' M&A experience with strong capabilities in financial modelling and valuations. Ideally, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading on marketing documentation, including pitch materials and client proposals
- Guiding junior colleagues and other support staff on M&A transactions
- Maintaining current client relationships, and developing new relationships
- Financial modelling including LBO and DCF analysis
As a manager you will be responsible for developing junior employees as well as working closely with the Director.
