Corporate Finance - Manager

An established boutique advisory firm is looking for a Manager to join their growing team in London. The team provides corporate finance advisory services for those going into or out of private equity backed transactions.

The focus is typically on transactions over £50m across a range of sectors, both domestic and cross-border. Day to day you will be working with partners on management advisory with some buy-side support, advising private equity backed businesses on M&A, where deal sizes are typically lower-mid-market.

Day to day work will include financial modelling, exit modelling, modelling private equity structures, pitch preparation, project management, financial analysis, debt raising, negotiating commercial terms with private equity houses as well as attending client meetings. You will be providing deal support to the lead advisor and will be assisting in pitching for business development as well as being a contact point for clients, banks, private equity houses, lawyers etc.

This role would suit somebody who is looking to gain rounded advisory experience within partner led transactions. You will have a naturally analytical mind in addition to excellent Excel skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience. Ideally, you will have gained related experience within a corporate finance environment, which could include financial modelling, valuations, due diligence etc, however those with an accountancy background are also encouraged to apply.

You will be educated to degree level and will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
