Corporate Finance Manager
We are pleased to be working with a Top 20 firm looking for a bright Corporate Finance Manager to join their growing team in London.
The Corporate Finance team provides the full range of lead advisory and transaction support services, acting for owner managed businesses and mid-sized clients to large enterprises, including AIM listed and large private clients, in a variety of sectors.
The Corporate Finance Manager will play a key part in supporting senior members within the team in the following areas; company valuations, financial projections reviews, due diligence, advising on M&A transactions (fundraising, acquisitions, disposals, MBO's etc), producing and reviewing business plans etc.
You should be able to demonstrate experience in M&A lead advisory, capital markets transactions, valuations, and due diligence, and you will have a strong understanding of the principles of Corporate Finance. You will be expected to attend meetings with clients and future clients and as such, you should be able to articulate yourself well both verbally and in writing. Part of your role will be to prepare and present internally, including training courses, and you will be comfortable in proactively contributing to internal group meetings.
To be considered for this role, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with an audit background, and you will have gained experience within a reputable practice with experience in mid-sized transactions.
