Corporate Finance Executive/Manager
We are pleased to be working with an impressive and fast-growing firm, who are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Executive / Manager to join their expanding team based in Berkshire.
The firm is highly regarded for its Accountancy and Business Advisory Services, and the Corporate Finance team is no different, ranked Top 10 of the Corporate Advisors ranking. The team offers the broad range of Corporate Finance services for owner managed businesses and larger businesses in the healthcare, IT, marketing services, travel, and manufacturing sectors.
The role will be varied, and you can expect to be involved with; the preparation of key financial analysis for potential acquirers, preparation of financial due diligence reports, detailed commercial investigations into client business, managing data requests, interpreting data and the presentation of financial information at the due diligence stage.
You will be working closely with the partners gaining much sought after exposure, in addition to managing junior members of the team, and you will play an integral part in the future success of the team.
You will have gained at least 2 years' experience within a Corporate Finance role, with proven experience in Due Diligence, within a well-regarded Accountancy firm or similar, You will be ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent and will be able to evidence a strong understanding of the processes involved with Corporate deals and how they are structured. You will be ambitious and driven, with the requisite confidence to communicate effectively with business owners.
Strong Executives will also be considered.
