Due to increasing deal flow, a reputable firm based in London are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive to join their growing team.
An opportunity to move into a broad Corporate Finance position, focusing on due diligence and valuations whilst gaining exposure to M&A transactions.
Your role would consist of:
- Supporting senior staff on transactions
- Drafting reports
- Developing skills in due diligence and valuations
- Sector research and analysis
- Aspects of business development
It is required for you to be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally with an audit professional services background.
