Corporate Finance Executive- Leicester`

A unique opportunity has arisen at a highly respected accountancy firm to join their Corporate Finance team at the Executive level based in their Leicester office!

The firm prides itself on delivering the highest quality of service with a team comprised of highly experienced Corporate Finance professionals. The firm is now looking to expand its Corporate Finance offering by adding an Executive to support the quality work being conducted by the senior staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Directly involved in the full M&A cycle from origination to completion on a wide range of transactions
• Developing and analysing financial models and valuations using Word, Excel and other applications
• Creating and improving on the current network of relationships within the local market
• Financial modelling including DCF and LBO analysis

Ideally, you will be ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified, but this is not essential. Previous Corporate Finance experience is highly desired.
