Corporate Finance Executive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a growing boutique firm as a Corporate Finance Executive, in their London office.
The firm's strategy is primarily targeted on investment opportunities in the technology, media, telecoms and financial service sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Directly involved in the full M&A cycle from origination to completion on a wide range of transactions
- Developing and analysing financial models and valuations using Word, Excel and other applications
- Creating and improving on the current network of relationships within the local market
- Financial modelling including DCF and LBO analysis
This firm are looking for somebody who has strong financial modelling skills. Ideally, you will be ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified, but this is not essential.
