Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Finance - Cambridge

Ambition are delighted to work with a growing boutique firm seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to join their Cambridge office. An ambitious firm who are known to develop and nurture their employees and provide great exposure within corporate finance. The team has worked on an array of successful transactions this year ranging on average between £3m-£30m in size including M&A, MBO's, Valuations, and Disposals and Exit Planning, for owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

This role will get you working closely with the Partner and Directors throughout the transaction process giving you an unusually high amount of exposure and hands-on experience, and a level of autonomy which will enable you to really make an impact. This role will suit somebody already established within a Top Tier Corporate finance team who wants the high quality work without the politics or glass ceiling.

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with a minimum of 2 years' lead advisory experience gained within professional services. You will be a good all-rounded with strong modelling and valuations experience, and good deal exposure. Those with transaction support experience, with the gravitas required in a lead advisory role will also be considered.
