Corporate Finance Assistant Manager - Newbury

A fantastic role has arisen for a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join a growing team in Newbury. An opportunity which will allow you to develop your career in a broad corporate finance role in a reputable firm.

This role will allow you to be involved in both M&A and transaction support. You would be involved in pitches, financial modelling, valuations, due diligence and all key financial analysis.

You would also supporting the team and taking on responsibility for aspects of transactions.

It is important for you to have a basic awareness of how transactions are structured and be confident working with clients.

You would ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years of corporate finance experience.

A great opportunity if you wish to gain greater exposure in corporate finance as this role will allow you to develop your technical and client facing skills.
